BW Bucks Terms and Conditions
- BW Bucks rewarded on paid attendee nights (September 2008 to June 2009)
- BW Bucks earned can be applied to your BRUIN WOODS fees if it is a first-time conference to the UCLA Lake Arrowhead Conference Center
- BW Bucks incentive valid for new groups only. Not valid for groups in confirmed status (signed contract,) tentative status (on-the-books,) or repeat groups, at the time the referral is received
- BW Bucks earned will be applied to your front desk account and applied to activities (of your choice, noted below) for BRUIN WOODS 2009
- BW Bucks has no cash value, other than for arts & crafts, fishing, water skiing, massages, Bear Wear, and Bear & Grill during BRUIN WOODS 2009
- BW Bucks incentive not valid with any other special offer
- BW Bucks program can be voided at any time, as determined by the BRUIN WOODS Director
